Editions

Run it in your own network. Try it first, in any cloud.

What changes is whose machine it sits on and whose team keeps it running.

Your audit trail writes itself while you work.

The same SHA-256 chain in the trial and the license alike.
Verifiable by your auditor

Governed changes land in a hash-chained ledger using plain SHA-256 with no secret key, so your auditor can re-verify its integrity from the export with their own tools.

A hosted trial, then Enterprise in your own cloud.

One month, then one container.

Enterprise License

Run TabTotal Enterprise yourself, inside your own network, on your own schedule.

  • A separately licensed product your own team deploys and operates.
  • One self-contained container, on any Docker host your Enterprise already runs.
  • Your organisation holds the bootstrap Super Admin account.
  • Your organisation holds the secret that keys every stored credential. Boreon holds nothing.
  • Everything stays inside the Enterprise perimeter you already defend.
  • Connects to the SAML 2.0 identity provider your Enterprise already runs, so nobody manages a second set of accounts.
  • Sits inside the network, the monitoring and the access controls you already operate. There is nothing new to defend.
  • If you would rather not host it at all, we can run it for you on infrastructure you nominate. That is an option, not the default.

Boreon’s TabTotal Cloud

One user, one month, on infrastructure Boreon runs for you. Nothing to deploy while your team is still deciding.

  • Runs on dedicated infrastructure, in a cloud and a region you pick.
  • Sits behind a web application firewall.
  • The complete Enterprise product.
  • Try it on your own real data: one user, one month, on us.
  • This is where most Enterprise evaluations start.
  • A trial is usually arranged alongside a signed agreement to license Enterprise at the end of it, so the evaluation and the paperwork run together.

The software is the same software.

Every governed tool

All 14 tools behind one shared login, opened with your own Tableau token.

Your own AI key

Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint so nothing leaves your network.

Five interface languages

English, German, French, Italian and Russian, throughout the product and its admin console.

One semantic layer

Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and Palantir AIP, inherited read-only into one governed model.

The same audit trail

Governed changes land in a hash-chained ledger your auditor can re-verify from the export.

A person on every change

Nobody on your team has to learn a new approval process. The one they use now is the one this uses.

Where the trial and the license genuinely differ.

Where it runs, who keeps it current, and how each one is licensed.

What the Enterprise License costs

One published table. No call needed to find out where you land on it.

Every governed application, every language, the full audit trail and the semantic layer, at every tier. Nothing on this table is metered separately.

Enterprise License annual rate, in USD, by the customer’s total Tableau Creator Licenses
Customer’s Tableau environment, total Creator LicensesPer yearThree-year term, per year
Up to 100 Creator Licenses$65,000$58,000
101 to 300 Creator Licenses$115,000$103,000
301 to 750 Creator Licenses$190,000$171,000
751 to 1,500 Creator Licenses$280,000$252,000
Over 1,500 Creator LicensesOn applicationOn application

Multi-node is licensed from the same table. Each additional node is half your band’s rate on the same term, three-year price included. Failover needs 2 nodes at minimum, and one license covers up to 8.

A warehouse connects the same way in either edition.

Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and Palantir AIP arrive read-only. Your role in each is the boundary.

Turn AI on and it runs on the provider key you supply. Point that key at your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint and a prompt travels only as far as a machine you operate. That holds on the hosted edition just as it does on your own.

Connect a warehouse without giving up write access.

Read only, by construction

The connectors contain no write method at all, so a read-only credential is all TabTotal ever needs. Whatever your role cannot see, Boreon cannot see either.
